Joe Kendall brings over three decades of experience as an “in the pit” courtroom participant, having served on the federal trial court bench for ten years and as a state district judge for over five years.  While on the federal bench, Mr. Kendall handled numerous class action cases, including derivative and securities fraud cases.  Mr. Kendall also taught new federal judges for the Federal Judicial Center in Washington.  As a practicing lawyer, Joe Kendall has been involved in dozens of litigated, securities cases totaling well over a billion dollars in recoveries for shareholders.

Mr. Kendall and his legal team will work to assist investor fund fiduciaries fulfill their obligation with regard to security fraud issues and provide an additional resource both to fiduciaries and their staff as well as chosen outside counsel.
