Hamilton Lindley's nationwide practice focuses on solving complex problems for individuals and companies involved in litigation. From initial investigation to appeal, he has extensive experience in all phases of litigation. Along with other counsel, Mr. Lindley's cases have produced over $800 million for clients. Mr. Lindley is admitted to all Texas federal and state courts as well as the Southern District of Indiana. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court, and the Second, Fifth, Seventh, Ninth and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal. Mr. Lindley graduated from Baylor Law School and is a member of the Texas State Bar. Mr. Lindley is a member of the Federal Bar Association’s Executive Committee, and chairs the CLE, Social, Judiciary, and LISTA Committees for the 2,400 member Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. He is a Fellow with the DAYL Foundation and is an active member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Dallas Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association for the Fifth Circuit. He is a published author in the area of securities litigation.
