With over 12 years of hands-on litigation experience, Scott Kendall is a seasoned courtroom veteran with a firmly entrenched and undeniable track record of trial success. Before coming to the Kendall Law Group, Scott served the Dallas community for almost two decades as an officer of the Dallas Police Department, then as an Assistant District Attorney, and an assistant Public Defender for Dallas County investigating and litigating criminal conduct of all kinds, including financial crimes. Scott also operated a successful solo law practice for over 10 years. With over 40 trials-to-verdict to his credit throughout his career, Scott embodies the qualities of knowledge, experience and battled-hardened courage necessary to be a preeminent trial lawyer.
Currently, Scott is an integral member of the Kendall Law Group Securities Division. Scott’s investigative experience allows him to dissect and identify the circumstances whenever errant corporations seek to deceive and manipulate to the detriment of shareholders.
