Daniel Hill

Daniel Hill’s practice focuses on shareholder derivative actions and corporate merger and acquisition class actions.  Prior to joining the Kendall Law Group, Daniel was a member of the Texas Attorney General’s Civil Medicaid Fraud litigation team where he was involved in a number of high profile lawsuits against large pharmaceutical companies, including Solvay Pharmaceuticals, an Abbott Laboratories company, and Janssen, part of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

Daniel attended the University of Texas School of Law, where he served as an Editor for the Texas Environmental Law Journal, Treasurer for the University of Texas Chapter of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and President of the Student Animal Legal Defense Fund.  In addition, during law school, Daniel focused on corporate and securities law, including specialized corporate governance/mergers and acquisitions coursework, and served as a law clerk for the Hyundai Motors International Legal Team focusing on antitrust litigation.


Prior to attending law school, Daniel attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, with honors, and was named to the Dean’s List every semester.  After completing his undergraduate studies, Daniel worked for a number of Fortune 500 companies, including Dell Inc. and IBM’s Tivoli Software.
